Alder Developments undertook extensive site investigations of the land and adjoining neighbour boundaries. The Alder Developments team noted the interface of the western boundary was highly degraded where a sewer line had been previously installed. Alder Developments freely offered to rehabilitate the land to ensure a legacy of quality landscape remains in and around Aspire Industrial Park. This rehabilitation work will be completed as part of the subdivision landscape and drainage reserve works.

Alder Developments is committed to making future development easy for the customer. That is why we have included a bio-retention and detention basin at the subdivision stage of the development, and not leave it up to each individual lot to solve stormwater flow from their site. We have taken into account all necessary scenarios which meets Council policy, making Aspire Industrial Park an efficient development.

Alder Developments is engaging with a quality Landscape Architect to ensure the landscaping complements the important Stanmore Park recreation reserve and Sandy Creek Corridor to the west and provides a high quality entry statement to the project through a vegetated entry statement. Creating shade tree opportunities along the new road (Computer Road extension) is an important commitment to complement the dual footpaths which will be provided on the new road.

During the development application process Alder Developments worked with Council and Yatala locals to confirm a road link to Sandy Creek should be created – and while this will be work completed by Council, the work Alder Developments will manage includes creation of dual footpaths along the new road, a 23 metre wide road reserve and providing the connections for road and underground services (electricity, telecommunications, water etc). This will make Aspire Industrial Parks one of the easiest new developments in Yatala to get in and out of.
